DOES NOYRE OFFER SALES?

No, we don’t offer traditional sales or seasonal promotions. Instead, we commit to transparent, year-round pricing that reflects the true cost of responsible production—from fair labor to premium materials. To prevent waste, we occasionally host online events featuring past-season items or samples at a reduced price. These events are announced exclusively via our newsletter.

HOW CAN I STAY UPDATED ON RESTOCKS, LAUNCHES, OR SALES?

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

Many of our collections are designed in small batches to reduce overproduction. However, we occasionally restock our Core Styles based on demand. You can sign up for a back-in-stock alert directly on the product page, and we’ll email you as soon as the item returns.

WHERE AND HOW ARE NOYRE PIECES MADE?

We produce our collection in India, in close partnership with small, family-owned ateliers and certified factories. These long-term collaborators are selected for their exceptional craftsmanship and adherence to ethical labor standards. Each partner signs our Code of Conduct and is subject to regular, independent audits to ensure safe working conditions and fair wages. We are deeply committed to transparency across our supply chain. On every product page, you’ll find clear details about the materials. Every Noyre Bag is meticulously handcrafted by artisans with over 25 years of expertise. Their dedication to precision and detail ensures an impeccable finish that reflects extraordinary craftsmanship. No two hands are the same, and neither are the pieces they bring to life. The piece you now hold or see is a singular creation, born from a process so unique that it can never be replicated. Every subtle variation in color, motif, texture, or detail is a testament to its unique journey demands to be celebrated.

CAN I PERSONALIZE A NOYRE PIECE?

We offer limited personalization options on select styles, such as monogramming, embroidery, or custom engraving (where applicable). Personalization details, lead times, and character limits will be listed on the relevant product pages. Please note: Personalized items are final sale. If you're unsure about your size, we recommend trying the item first before customizing.

HOW DO WISHLISTS AND BACK-IN-STOCK ALERTS WORK?

Wishlist: Tap the heart icon next to any product to save it. You can view your saved items anytime under My Account > Wishlist. Please note: Items in your Wishlist are not reserved.
Alerts: If a product is sold out, click “Notify Me” to receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock. Alerts apply to restocks from new production only — not returns.

Order & Payment

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Cancellation: Just head to My Account > My Orders to make changes.
Modification: Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the contents cannot be changed. If you need a different size or color, we recommend waiting to receive the item and processing a return through My Account > My Orders.

WHAT DOES “IN ANOTHER BASKET” MEAN?

If an item is labeled “In another basket”, it means the last available piece is currently being held in someone else’s cart. Items are reserved for 30 minutes once added to the basket. We recommend refreshing the page, as the item may become available again if the other order isn't completed in time.

HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD?

Giving a Gift Card: Choose between our E-Gift Cards, sent instantly via email, or a physical Gift Card—a thoughtful keepsake delivered in a presentation box. You’ll find both options under E-Shop > Gift Cards.
Using a Gift Card: Gift cards can be redeemed online at noyreberlin.com. At checkout, enter your code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months and can be used across multiple purchases.
Checking Your Balance: Log into My Account > Gift Cards and enter your card number to view your remaining balance.
Returning an Item Purchased with a Gift Card: If you return an item paid for with a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.

WAS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

Unfortunately, once orders are placed, they cannot be combined for shipping. To avoid multiple shipments, we recommend consolidating your items into a single order before checkout.

WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES?

Taxes and customs duties vary depending on your location and local regulations. Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment processing is secure and encrypted.

Delivery & Support

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS, TIMES, AND COSTS?

Delivery times and fees vary by location.
Standard Shipping: Free for orders over €200
Carriers: DHL, UPS
Delivery Time:
  Germany: 2–3 business days
  Other EU countries: 3–5 business days
  Non-EU international: 5–10 business days
Note: During peak periods such as sales or public holidays, order preparation and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. To check its status:
Go to My Account > My Orders
Select your order number
Track its progress:

  • Confirmed: Your order has been received
  • In Preparation: Our studio is preparing your order
  • Shipped: It’s on the way
  • Delivered: It has arrived
If shipped, click Track Package to follow it via the courier’s website.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM — WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your piece is damaged on arrival:
Contact us at noyreberlin@gmail.com with:
- Photos of the item and its label
- Your order number

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM — OR SOMETHING IS MISSING.

Please contact us here with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the incorrect item, its label, and the package label
- For missing items, include the name of the missing product and a photo of the package label
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

MY PACKAGE WASN’T DELIVERED TO THE PICKUP POINT I SELECTED.

If the original pickup point is unavailable, your package may be redirected to another nearby location.
Unable to retrieve it? It will be automatically returned to us. Once received:
- We can reship it - just follow the instructions in the email you’ll receive
- Or we will refund you within 7 business days

MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER — WHAT NOW?

If your package was returned to us, you have two options:
Request Reshipment
Email us at noyreberlin@gmail.com within 24 hours with:
Full name, address, phone number, email address and order number

Refund
If we don’t hear from you within 7 business days, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days.

For international orders (outside EU), if we are unable to reship, please place a new order.

Return, Exchange & Refund

HOW DO I REGISTER A RETURN?

We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at noyreberlin@gmail.com. After that, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to make a return:
- Log in to your account at noyreberlin.com
- Go to My Account > My Returns
- Select your order and follow the instructions to register your return
- Use the enclosed return label or print the one emailed to you
- Package the item securely, affix the return label, and drop it at any DHL point within 14 days

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not offer direct exchanges via the website.
If you need a different size, color, or style:
- Return the item for a refund
- Place a new order for your preferred item

HOW DO I MAKE A SECOND RETURN FROM THE SAME ORDER?

If you need to return additional items from the same order:
- Log in and register the second return via My Account > My Returns
- Pack your items securely and include the second return form
- Ship your return at your own expense

Be sure to keep your shipping receipt.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is received and again when your refund is issued.

Note: During peak times or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Please contact customer support immediately if your item arrived damaged.
Include photos of the damage and packaging to assist with the claim.

We collaborate with trusted local artisans to carry out repairs that honor the quality and integrity of the original design. While we will always do our best to assist, please note that repairs are not guaranteed and depend on the condition of the item, material availability, and the nature of the repair.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NOYRE PIECE?

Proper care ensures longevity. On each product page, you’ll find specific care instructions tailored to the material and design.

HOW DO I STORE MY BAG?

Store in the dust bag provided, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid hanging to prevent distortion.

CAN I CLEAN MY BAG AT HOME?

We recommend professional cleaning to preserve material quality.
For minor dirt, gently wipe with a soft cloth and use a leather conditioner suitable for the material.

WHAT MATERIALS REQUIRE SPECIAL CARE?

Exotic skins (e.g., crocodile, python) require specialized care products and professional maintenance.

You can create an account by clicking on the ‘Sign Up’ button at the top right of the website.
Fill out the registration form with your details and submit.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT NOW?

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page.
Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions in the password reset email.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Log into your account and navigate to ‘Account Settings’ to update your personal details such as name, address, and payment info.

HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?

Log into your account and click ‘My Orders’ to view your purchase history, order status, and tracking details.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Please contact customer support to request account deletion. Note that this action is irreversible.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

Creating an account:
Creating a Noyre account takes just a minute:
- Click “Log In” at the top right of the homepage (or via the mobile menu).
- Choose “Sign up” and enter your email and password.
- Confirm your registration — you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Logging in:
If you already have an account:
- Click “Log In”.
- Enter your email and password, or log in via Apple, Google, or Facebook.
- Be sure to use the same email you originally registered with.
- If you're having trouble, try resetting your password using the steps below.

HOW DO I UPDATE OR DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

To update your account details:
- Log into your account
- Go to My Account > My Information
- Edit your email, address, or personal details, then confirm the changes.

To deactivate your account:
- Log in and go to My Account
- Scroll down and select “Deactivate My Account”
- This will remove access to your order history and cancel any ongoing returns.
